About Us

We are an English couple who fell in love with Florida many years ago.
After numerous visits, over many years, we eventually, like many others, decided to purchase our own little bit of the place.

We are not privileged enough to be able to spend as much time as we would like in Florida, so we rent out our villa to help pay for the running costs.

Our Management Company and ourselves put in a lot of work and effort to keep the villa to a very high standard, making it a comfortable place for ourselves and our guests to stay; away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks, yet within easy travelling distance.

As owners, by renting direct, we are able to offer our villa at prices lower than those charged on booking websites or through travel agents, as we do not have to charge, and you do not have to pay, commission on your booking.
